Variable

The Variable was the result of riders pushing the limits of their Variant into bigger surf and wanting that same easy paddling and wave catching ability in a design that could surf harder off the tail and feel more comfortable in bigger punchier surf.  The Variable has a touch more nose and tail rocker than the Variant, but it's still quite relaxed.  The step deck of the Variant is replaced by a more foiled rail.  The tail is pulled in and speed dialers are swapped for standard quad or thruster fin setup options.  It comes standard as a squash, but can also be ordered with a swallow tail for more fishy feel.  It's a great option for the winter when you're wrapped in rubber.  If you want a board that catches waves easily with lots of built in drive, but feels more shortboardy than your Variant, the Variable is the answer.

LENGTH:  1-2 inches longer than your Variant
